This website, greenz-danubeproperties.com, is run by ARFL REALTY FIRST, an independent real estate advisor. We are not Danube Properties. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the enquiry forms, what we do with it and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect:

• your full name;
• your mobile number and country code;
• the home configuration you are interested in;
• your email address, only if you choose to give it;
• the date and time of the enquiry, which form you used (main form or pop-up) and your IP address. We keep the IP address to deal with spam and misuse.

We do not ask for your passport, Emirates ID, bank or card details, and you should not send them through this website.

How we use it

• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and Greenz by Danube, including prices, floor plans and payment details.
• To keep a record of enquiries and to follow up.
• To protect the website from spam and repeated submissions.

You are contacted because you sent an enquiry. Browsing this website is not consent to marketing. We do not sell your information.

How enquiries are stored and delivered

• When you submit a form, your details are saved in a protected file on our web hosting account (Hostinger).
• A short notification with the same details is emailed to our team mailbox (infoadityarealty@gmail.com), which is a Gmail account.
• Our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. WhatsApp messages and calls are handled by WhatsApp's own service.
• We may share your details with the developer, Danube Properties, or its sales team only where needed to answer your enquiry or arrange a booking or viewing at your request.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

• Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select Allow analytics. It measures visits and successful enquiries using cookies and device/browser information. Our custom lead event sends only the project name and form location, not your name, phone number, email or enquiry text. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Declining does not prevent enquiries. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer; your choice is stored in your browser. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement but does not erase information already received by Google.
• The pop-up uses one temporary setting in your browser (session storage) so it is not shown again in the same visit. It is cleared when you close the browser tab.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and keep business records, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Correction, deletion and opting out

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email infoadityarealty@gmail.com with your name and mobile number, . You can also say "stop" on a call or WhatsApp message. We will act on the request within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including a protected storage location and limits on repeated submissions. No website or email service is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
